The ones we lost in 2009



We lost a lot of “famous folks” in 2009. Here's my list of the ones that touched me in one way or another.....some hurt me badly. I get attached to people; even those I've never met. Here we go:

A lot of staples of my teenage years as well as some way to close to my age for comfort.

We are the first generation to have grown up with non-family faces in all aspects of out life via TV. It is interesting to see the art of those departed re-appear in reruns and recordings. Kinda makes one feel sad for artists like Wyeth where the association is not with the person but the life's work.

its sad to so many laid out together like this... i didn't know about many, i never watch tv so things get past me often... i was most sorry about mary travers, i still listen to peter paul and mary and feel sad every time now knowing she is gone. dan fogelberg too...

ok on that cheery not, HAPPY NEW YEARS!
