A few Walt Disney facts

Last night I was watching Peter Pan (yes, I'm a kid) and after the show there was a section about the making of Peter Pan and some other Disney facts. I really thought they were interesting and decided that was what I was going to share with you today.
  • Walt Disney was the original voice of Mickey Mouse
  • The first Mickey Mouse cartoon was silent
  • Pinocchio originally lost $2.289 million dollars
  • Fantasia is set completely to music and contains no dialogue
  • The off screen villain "man" from Bambi has been placed #20 on AFI's List of Heroes and Villains
  • Dumbo is one of Disney's shortest films at only 64 minutes
  • Kathryn Beaumont is both the voice of Alice in Alice In Wonderland and the voice of Wendy Darling in Peter Pan
  • Hans Conried is the voice of Mr. Darling and Captain Hook in Peter Pan
I hope you enjoyed this little bit of trivia. It's made me want to go watch another Disney movie :) Have a great night everyone!
