After my little scare last night, I decided that I would give y'all a brief but important reminder to remember your heart and it's health. The below video shows the basics of hearth health and is a simple but educational piece in my opinion.

I have not visited any blogs in awhile, so I did not know you had a scare. I hope everything is alright. I watched the video. Thank you. It was very informative. I realized I have forgotten all that information I was taught way back when.
